Motherhood!

Why do children get up so early in the morning? It doesn’t matter what time I put them to bed, you can guarantee that by six am they are both down and ganging up on me. This morning is no exception, they are both up and fighting already. I don’t understand why they cant just get along for an hour or two and let me get on with stuff!

This morning I have to sort them both out breakfast, something I don’t usually have to do as they both use the breakfast club at school, wash and dress them both. Prep my uni bag for the days learning and wash and dress myself. I really need to run the hoover around and wash the pots but its unlikely that I will have the time now to sort them out too.

If the kids would just co-operate and do as they are asked I would have double the time as I wouldn’t have to spend half my morning chasing them all over the house and yelling at them to hurry up! Motherhood sucks sometimes, its a good job they’re cute and I love them intensely!

Suppose I had better get on with it!
