Over on Travel With Intent they are running their 6 word Saturday challenge. (#6ws) Here’s my entry. Pop on over and check it out.
We are blessed where I live with some of the most spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. We get the most amazing pinks and purples, sometimes even greens; it truly is spectacular.
I have often wondered tho why it is this happens. I often wonder if the fact I live less than 5 miles away from a huge chemical works and less than 10 miles away from an enormous gas terminal. Does this change our air?
God only knows what it does to our lungs but the sky is pretty anyways.
Hope you enjoyed today’s challenge. Don’t forget to follow the link word/title back to the original post and enjoy other peoples entries too.
Don’t forget to leave me a comment in the box; It’s good to talk, or come along to my page and check out my other posts. Everyone’s welcome.
I also fear that pollution may contribute. But it may be as simple as the angle of the sun and the amount cloud cover. Clouds go pink and mix with the blue!
Whatever the science, though, this is a lovely image.

We have some very vivid sunrises and sunsets out my way. Some even seem to be trying to tell us something.
